The Board of Directors at their meeting held on 28th May 2010 recommended a dividend for the year ended 31st March 2010 @ Rs. 1/- per share (10%) on the Equity Shares of the Company of face value of Rs. 10/- each, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
